VILLA VINIFERA WINE CELLAR

Overview

Wine cellar Villa Vinifera was established in 1936. The winery is located in the village of Brestovitsa and was built by a German architect. Its first name is "Misket". The winery has massifs of Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat, Chardonnay, Traminer.

This is a classic type of wine cellar with facilities for the production of high quality wines. It consists of: an above-ground compartment for grape processing and fermentation, a compartment for young wines, an underground for aging wine, located deep underground and providing the necessary constant temperature and humidity throughout the year, a distillation compartment.
Production is carried out only in wooden vessels: fermentation lines with a volume of 1400 to 25 000 liters, barrels with a volume of 250 to 5180 liters. The total capacity of the winery is 480 tons per year.
