NEW LIFE - BRESTOVITSA WINE CELLAR

Overview

BRESTOVITSA Wine Cellar is located 17 km southwest of Plovdiv in the fertile Thracian lowlands, a land famous for its thousand-year history of wine production.

It was built in the late 1930s. It is a classic model of a French "above-ground cellar" with a total capacity of 4,000,000 liters, designed by French engineers.

The winery processes hand-picked grapes, which ferment according to the classic technology for high quality wines.

Strict hygiene and control are observed at every stage of production in order to preserve the aroma of real ripe berries, typical for the region.
