Overview

Wine cellar "TODOROFF" is located in the heart of the Thrace Region - in the iconic for wine production in Bulgaria, the village of Brestovitsa, only 140 km from Sofia and 18 km from Plovdiv. The region is known for the production of quality grapes and exceptional for its character and quality wines.

Winery "TODOROFF" is the first of its kind in Bulgaria boutique with a boutique character, offering unique wines for lovers and collectors, created the basis for changes in wines with a new style and development of wine culture in Bulgaria after 2001.

The winery was built in 1945 by Andonov brothers from the most famous wine producers and wine merchants in the region at that time. In 1947 the winery was nationalized by the communist government. In 1992 it was returned to the heirs. In 2001 the current owner Mr. Ivan Todorov bought the cellar and carried out a major reconstruction and modernization, combining the latest production technologies with the Bulgarian Revival architecture, turning it into a neat and modernly equipped complex.

TODOROFF wine cellar specializes in the production of high quality red wines in boutique series and limited quantities. It is located in the heart of Thrace in one of the emblematic for Bulgarian wine production village Brestovitsa. The production capacity of the winery is for processing 500,000 kg of grapes / 300,000 liters. wine / and about 400,000 bottles of quality wines. Creates products in accordance with the specific requirements of individual customers. The special attitude towards each customer is the basis of communication between the Todoroff team and wine lovers.
