Church of Saints Constantine and Helena village of Klimentovo

Overview

On September 20, 2015, 100 national flags were consecrated by Metropolitan Cyril of Varna and Veliko Preslav in the church "Saints Constantine and Helena" in the village of Klimentovo, Varna region. The initiative is on the occasion of September 22, Independence Day of Bulgaria, and the 140th anniversary of the construction of the Orthodox Church. Klimentovo became famous in the country for the fact that the Bulgarian national tricolor flies over every house in the village.
