Caves the village of Kremen

Overview

In the area of ​​the village of Kremen are registered several caves of different sizes. They are relatively shallow (up to 170 m), formed in marbled limestone. The interesting thing about them is the cave fauna. Bats, centipedes, scorpion are registered. In one (Water Pit) there is a small pond in which small fish can be seen. There are visible traces of a past life in the Golden Pit. There are interesting cave formations - draperies, stalactites, dendrites. The marbled limestones are easy to find in the area (Kutlena), but the entrances of the caves are covered with sprouted bushes. It is best to visit accompanied by the local population.
