Overview

Sacred place of the Ascension of Jesus is located in the Voynovtsi neighborhood, Osikovitsa village, about 1.5 southwest of the village center. The votive sign - a stone cross is placed under an ancient tree, located along the road passing through the neighborhood Voynovtsi, opposite the house of Ivan Hristov.
The consecration site is near a cultivated block. The votive sign has an interesting geometric decoration and symbolism.
Established as a clan, it later grew into a neighborhood. Interrupted in time.
