Sliven is a wonderful city with a rich history. Over the years, the future has been created here and we have many monuments of history, architecture and culture. One such is the Mirkovic House-Museum. The house is recognized as a cultural monument and has national significance. It is part of the gallery in Sliven "Dimitar Dobrovich". The building was built in the 19th century and is a typical Revival house. Dr. Georgi Mirkovich is one of the students of teacher Petar Deunov. In 1974 the house became a museum and a special exposition was arranged in it, which is called "Old Sliven".
