Kirkovo Gabata - /the mushroom/

Overview

It is located next to the road to Zlatograd, in the direction of the village of Dobromirtsi (between the villages of Dedets and Dobromirtsi), about 1 km from the village of Benkovski. It is clearly visible from the road (on the right side). It is located in front of an impressive rock complex. It is sculpted by nature in sandstones. It is 2 m high and the hood has a diameter of 3 m. It was declared a natural landmark in 1982, with a protected area of 0.2 decares.
