The old gunroom
Overview
The old gunroom is located next to the city museum in Ardino. The old gunroom is the only historic building in the town of Ardino that is recognized as a cultural asset. It served as a powder keg and ammunition depot for the Turkish army until the end of the First World War, when the village became under Bulgarian rule.
