Overview
A monument to the patron saint of the city - Georgi Sava Rakovski was unveiled on June 1, 1991 in the New Center neighborhood.
A column carved from white Vratsa stone naturally continues, forming a bust of the founder of the organized national revolutionary struggle for the liberation of Bulgaria.
