Pancho Vladigerov Museum Complex

Overview

The house where Pancho Vladigerov took his first steps in music is now a museum. A rich documentary exhibition dedicated to the "father" of the Bulgarian school of composers is combined with the restored interior of the house from the first decades of the twentieth century.
The working space and the first piano of the great composer are shown. The complex also includes a solo exhibition "The Musical Work in Shumen" and a chamber concert hall. In the house, as well as in the garden, concerts are held all year round.
The city of Shumen hosts an international competition for young pianists and violinists named after Pancho Vladigerov.
