"Baba Iliytsa" House-Museum is located 13 km. from the town of Vratsa in the center of the village. Chelopek. It has been open since 2003 near the birthplace of Grandma Iliytsa in the village of Chelopek, Vratsa municipality. You can also see the family tree of Grandma Iliytsa, whose real name is Pena Tsvetkovska. The village of Chelopek is the birthplace of the heroine of Ivan Vazov, whose feat is described in the story "A Bulgarian Woman". In 1899 Vazov arrives in the village of Vratsa, where he learns the story of Grandma Iliytsa. The character is completely real. Baba Iliytsa once lived in the neighborhood with the barns, where goats and sheep were raised. Arriving in Chelopek with her native name Pena, she married in the Ilie family and from there they started calling her Elitsa. The tough Bulgarian left over 400 heirs, scattered all over Bulgaria. Grandma Iliytsa has remained in Bulgarian history with the fact that she helped the Botev detachment after its defeat near Okolchitsa peak in the Vratsa Balkans. At the risk of her life, she saved one of Botev's rebels. About 105 years after the incident, a house dedicated to Grandma Iliytsa was built.
