Stamboliyski
Stamboliyski () is a town in central Southern Bulgaria. It is located on the right bank of the Maritsa River in Plovdiv region, between the cities of Plovdiv and Pazardzhik. The town is the administrative center of stamboliyski municipality. It is named after the prominent politician from the Bulgarian Agricultural People's Union and Prime Minister of Bulgaria (1919 – 1923) Alexander Stamboliyski.
