Church "Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary" Smolsko village
Smolsko is located in Ihtimanska Sredna Gora, about 55 km from the center of Sofia. The church "Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary" in the village was restored in 2005. It is included in the list of cultural monuments. It was built in 1859 by Gancho Trifonov. In the vicinity of the village there are wonderful places for recreation, roads and trails for tourism and areas where you can practice mountain biking. About two kilometers from the village on a picturesque road leads to a small dam, surrounded by beautiful hills, on the shore of which is a newly built chapel.
