Chateau Polychronovi

Overview

Chateau Polychronovi is a small family wine cellar producing limited quantities of wines from traditional grape varieties for the Bulgarian Black Sea coast such as Dimyat, Merlot, Varna Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer. These wines are not distributed in the commercial network, but can be purchased only in the cellar store (tasting room) or by purchasing from the online store Chateau Polychronovi. The quantity of each batch is no more than 800-1000 bottles per year. There is a tasting room next to the chateau. with a capacity of 50 seats. During the tasting you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the technology of production of different types of wine and to see the cellar for maturing the finished products. The tasting includes - 6 wines, cheese, bread, mineral water. It is run by the owners of Chateau "Polychronovi", from whom you will have the opportunity to learn more about the features of the wines tasted, as well as interesting facts about the history of winemaking in the region of Byala.
