Art Gallery Pernik

Overview

The gallery is a municipal cultural institute, established in 1958. The fund amounts to about 1500 works, united in five collections - painting, graphics, sculpture, applied arts, photography. The exposition area is 320 sq. M., Covering three galleries: "Lyuben Gaidarov", "Krakra" and "Artsalon". In them he organizes temporary representative exhibitions from his collection, as well as joint and individual works of Bulgarian and foreign authors. It publishes catalogs and organizes cultural and educational events. A children's studio also works at the gallery. She is a co-organizer of the annual international painting plein air. Art Gallery of Pernik was established in 1958.
