Suhindol

Suhindol () is a town in Veliko Tarnovo region. The town is the administrative center of suhindol municipality, whose territory is located in central Northern Bulgaria and occupies the western part of Veliko Tarnovo region, with a total area of 157.55 sq.m. Km. It is located at the eastern foot of the Ninth Plateau. Suhindol is also located between quite large cities. 14 km east stands Pavlikeni, and 50 km southeast is the capital of the Second Bulgarian State – Veliko Tarnovo. 24 km north is the town of Levski, and just north 62 km from Suhindol is Svishtov.
