Razlog is a town in Southwestern Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad region, administrative center of Razlog Municipality. It is located in the Razlog valley, whose name it received on March 26, 1925. Before this date the town was named Mechomia. It is a high intermountain valley with an average altitude of over 800 m.
