Bozhurishte

Bozhurishte is a town in western Bulgaria, the administrative center of Bozhurishte municipality, Sofia district. It is located near the cities of Sofia, Bankya and Kostinbrod. The city is located 13 km west of the center of the capital Sofia, 14 km from Bankya and 10 km from Kostinbrod, in the western part of Sofia plain. The area is flat to hilly. Bozhurishte has 8269 inhabitants as of February 15, 2019, who are in a relatively better social and economic status than the national average.
