Suchurum Waterfall

Overview

Suchurum Waterfall is located 1 km north of Karlovo, at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, above the city's hydroelectric power plant. The height of the waterfall of Suchurum is 15 m. In translation, the name means "flying water". The proximity to the town and the well-maintained asphalt road to the foot of the mountain have made the waterfall an attraction for visitors and a favorite place for recreation, walks and summer picnics for the residents of Karlovo and the region. There is a shelter and several places for summer barbecue with wooden tables and benches.
