Church of St. Dimitar, Belitsa
Overview
St. Dimitar is a church in the town of Belitsa, Blagoevgrad region, part of the Nevrokop Diocese of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church. The church was built in 1716, near today's Brego Square in the western part of the city, and is the oldest building in the city. Architecturally, it is a low building, partially dug into the ground. In 2000, the chapel of St. Dimitar was built next to it.
