Horse base Balkan

Overview

10 minutes from the center of Ostrets - in Apriltsi, rises high in the Balkans, a beautiful horse base, which for more than 20 years welcomes Bulgarian and foreign riders with offers to ride in nature with a variety of horse routes of varying difficulty and duration.
Every week from April to the end of October, seven-day hikes are organized in Stara Planina and Sredna Gora with riders from all over the world.

If you have not yet raced in this wonderfully beautiful region of Bulgaria, now is the time to plan several days of hiking to the foot of "Vidimsko Praskalo" or the area "Penkina Struzhna", or enjoy a picnic on the "Zelenata livada" for a day with your family. The base has 20 horses from the Arabian Shaghi and a local breed.
