Haidushki waterfalls

Overview

The Hajdushki Waterfalls eco-trail is located in the Western Stara Planina, at the end of the town of Berkovitsa. The city is located 23 km from Montana and 80 km from Sofia. After the stadium there is a sign for Kom hut on the left, but the road to the eco-trail is on the right. On the pillars you can see in some places green and white markings and there is a sign for the waterfalls, you can reach an abandoned factory "Kom". The car can be parked there. The tourist marking on the eco-trail "Haidushki waterfalls" is green.

At the beginning of the eco-trail "Haidushki Waterfalls" there is a path on which there are several private buildings on the sides, then you enter a grove, where the landscape begins to become very pleasant, beech trees and stones in green covered with moss. On the way there is a fountain which is located 1.5 km after the start of the transition. Going up in the middle there is a bench, and a little higher a bench with a table. At the end of the route there is a separate gazebo, after which you go down 10 m to the waterfalls. The waterfalls are located on the rivers Slivashka Bara and Tsenkova Bara. They unite in the Goliama reka River along which the trail goes.
