The "spring of winners" is located near the town of Targovishte. The whole area has actually been inhabited for millennia. From here passed the paths of migration of animals and prehistoric people. The historical wealth is evidenced by the many archaeological layers and finds found in the area. Legend has it that before each battle Tsar Simeon the Great drank from the Spring and the magical water gave him the strength to create a Greater Bulgaria on three seas and not to lose a battle.
