Historical park, village of Neofit Rilski

Overview

The historical park of the village of Neofit Rilski is a tourist attraction with cultural and historical themes. Separate expositions of life and culture in our lands from the deepest antiquity (Neolithic and Chalcolithic dwelling, Thracian museum, restoration of the Alexander's tomb) and a kitchen with specialties based on authentic ancient recipes have been recreated. Here the past becomes accessible to all the senses thanks to meticulous attention to detail and pleasant attractions such as archery, ritual drinking of wine in Thracian custom from exquisite rhytons and phials, photos with traditional clothing, a tour with a Thracian chariot, a pony ride and themed children's corner.
