Overview
The golf course in Ihtiman is the first golf course in Bulgaria. The complex covers over 550,000 m2 and has available grass areas with standard 18 holes, par 71, 6425 yards, Stroke index 71.2, and Slope 131 550.
Golf is not the only sport that the guests of the complex could do. Here many sports are gathered in one place. Prepared as the host of a small Olympiad, the complex has available:

- two tennis courts
- two swimming pools
- a riding-school
- tennis tables

There is an airport 2 km from the golf course, where you can park your private plane or hang a glider in a hangar, parachute, fly, rent a plane.
