Glozhene Museum
Overview
The Glozhene Museum is located on the territory of the Teteven Balkans, in the village of Glozhene. It was established in 1981. It contains letters, photos, paintings, household items, costumes, weapons and valuable information about everything related to this region.
The museum acquaints with the history of Glozhene, recreated not only through information, but also through exhibits that show how the people of Glozhene have lived over the years.
It also preserves objects dating back to Thracian times - such as the exquisite two Thracian earrings found during the construction of a house in the Mogilya neighborhood in the village of Glozhene.
