National Community center "Zora 1894" - Shabla was established on November 14, 1894 by vigilant and progressive Shabla residents, including Stoyan Tritakov, Avram Balev, Iliya Kyulov, D. Panev. The first chairman of the community center is Dimitar Valkanov. The chairman with the longest term - Panko Dobrev.

Since 1961 Community center "Zora 1894" is in its own building. The library has a rich book fund - 35 162 units, distributed in the department for adults, children's department and the reading room of the library.
