Clock tower in the town of Byala, Ruse region
Overview
One of the symbols of the town of Byala is the clock tower, which is located in the city center. After the Liberation of Bulgaria from the Turkish yoke, a wooden building was built. Bells donated by the Russian Emperor Alexander were hung on it. It was not until 1906 that a watch was donated by the then Minister Pankov.
