This Notice on the confidential treatment of personal data of individuals contains mandatory information on the collection, processing and storage of personal data of tourists and job applicants, as well as on the rights of these persons in relation to the protection of their personal data.
E-Tours Ltd. operates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as other European and Bulgarian regulations in the field of personal data protection.

• Personal information - first name, last name and surname, date of birth, PIN, place of birth, ID card number and passport, if necessary as well as contact information - mailing address, telephone number, e-mail, etc.
• Information for educational preparation - educational degree, additional qualification, etc.
• Information about professional experience - previous or current organizations in which you have worked, exercising free professions, etc.
In connection with specific requirements for entering into an employment relationship, it is possible to process special categories of data such as health data as well as personal data related to convictions.
Purposes of processing and legal bases
The purpose of the processing of personal information is to conclude a contract for the provision of a tourist service.
The purpose of processing the above data is to assess whether the person is suitable for the position for which he is applying.

E-Tours Ltd. will store personal data of participants in staff selection procedures, as well as participants in travel programs within the statutory time limits.

At all times while storing or processing your personal data, you have the following rights:
• you have the right to request a copy of your personal data from E-Tours Ltd. and the right to access your personal data at any time;
• you have the right to request from E-Tours Ltd. your personal data in a form convenient for transfer to another controller of personal data, or to ask us to do so without being hindered by us;
• you have the right to ask E-Tours Ltd. to correct without undue delay your inaccurate personal data, as well as data that are no longer up to date;
• you have the right to request from E-Tours Ltd. your personal data to be deleted without undue delay in the presence of any of the following reasons:
o personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected;
o when you have withdrawn your consent;
o when you have objected to the processing,
o when the processing is illegal;
o when personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of a Member State that applies to us as a controller of personal data;
o when personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
We may refuse to delete your personal information for the following reasons:
• in exercising the right to freedom of expression and the right to information;
• for compliance with a legal obligation on our part or for the performance of a task of public interest,
• in the exercise of official powers granted to us (in case you are a public authority);
• for reasons of public interest in the field of public health;
• for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, in so far as deletion is likely to make it impossible or seriously impede the achievement of the purposes of such processing; or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
o you have the right to request from E-Tours Ltd. to limit the processing of your personal data, in which case the data will only be stored, but not processed. Our refusal to restrict will be explicitly only in writing, and we are obliged to motivate it with the lawful reason;
o you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with a separate request addressed to the administrator;
o you have the right to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing (unsolicited advertising messages);
o you have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling;
o you have the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
o If we need to use your personal data for a new purpose that is not covered by this data protection statement, we will provide you with a new data protection notice and when, and where necessary, we will ask for your prior consent for the new processing.

E-Tours Ltd. as a controller of personal data processes personal data that customers provide when visiting our websites in accordance with the regulations for personal data protection.
E-Tours Ltd. as a trader guarantees its customers the confidentiality of personal data provided.
E-Tours Ltd. undertakes not to disclose any personal data about customers of third parties - government agencies, companies, individuals and others, unless:
• has the explicit consent of the client;
• the information is requested by state bodies or officials, who according to the current legislation have the right to request and collect such information and the trader is obliged to provide the information by law;
• the information is needed by third parties for the performance of a service under a contract concluded between the client and E-Tours - airlines, transport companies, hotels or hotel operators, insurance companies and other service operators that are performed as part of a package or are a separate execution service.
Processing of personal data
When you visit our website, our web servers store data about the browsers and operating systems you use, the web pages you visit with us, the date of your visit, and for a period of seven days the IP address assigned to you by your ISP. for protection, e.g. when recognizing attacks on our websites.
